Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods (sales, collection launches, holidays, etc.).
Shipping within Canada
We offer delivery anywhere in Canada.
Delivery times generally range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $100 CAD (before taxes)

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 CAD for orders under $100 CAD

Express Shipping: Available at checkout (fees calculated at the time of payment)
Deliveries are carried out via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS, depending on the region.
International Shipping
We also ship internationally. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or other fees are the responsibility of the customer and may apply according to local laws.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged once handed over to the carrier.
However, if your package is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@ironwolfclub.com with photos of the package and its contents, so that we can assist you in finding a solution.
Shipping Address
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
